Our story
AYYES was officially launched in 2023. While working on many clients helping them grow, we kept hitting the same issues with multiple organizations, which were as follows:
- Management often did not have the technical skills necessary to systematically grow the business.
- Hiring technical staff was difficult and time consuming.
- Integrating multiple systems and tools did not work for businesses with a tight budget.
- Most operations are repeated over and over again as process cycles within organizations.
- 80% of business users used only 20% of application functionality.
- Business owners/founders did not want to give us control to management.
- Scaling a business required new skills which the owners were too busy running operations to learn.
So, we went on a mission in 2020, to create an open-source platform that combines many open-source solutions to help organizations scale as they grow. We found this strategy very complex and unmanageable. We considered going to the big guys like Oracle, Microsoft, Google, and many other software vendors to create a reseller/license model — that would not work either because they are in the business of selling software, leasing software and they have no reason to catabolize revenue streams.
In 2021, it was decided to build a platform that was leading edge cloud based solution that would first focus on time & productivity and then bring in other applications as layers to help business organizations focus on operations vs. technology.

“Eureka” comes from the Ancient Greek word εὕρηκα heúrēka, meaning “I have found (it)“,
